Marty Phillips, Owner of Phillips Concrete Construction started this business in 1996 with 2 employees.  Over the past 14 years the company has grown to 30-50 full-time employees and has provided concrete services such as the resurfacing of "The Worlds Fastest Half Mile" at Bristol Motor Speedway, Southwest Virginia Community College, North East State Tech, and many, many more.
